System admin Position if interested please reply on rishabh.shukla@intimeinfy.com Location: Carlsbad, CA (Locals only for Hybrid Onsite role) Notes on the Company/ need: Company does NetSuite, 365, engineering projects M365 projects, implementations, maturing Microsoft footprints, things like this – small to midsize businesses. Everything they implement is in the cloud. Engineers will help service Microsoft tickets, along with projects (the conflict of doing both isn’t working). 8a-5p PST All client facing, need strong communication and demeanor. Supporting clients across the Nation – US time zone is okay, ideally remote in the area of Carlsbad, CA but it’s okay if not they have a few local Project Engineers, they can have go help. This role will be more day-to-day Microsoft tickets, managing tickets on their own – senior enough to not sit and wait for work. If the day to day is handled after they are integrated, they can get into the project work and learn – totally open to that. If close to onsite/ the locally remote is onsite about once a week Need to be strong enough to handle the below: Microsoft System Administrator (IT Consultants 2, room to grow if you convert, they love to teach and learn within). Comfortable with Exchange Online Defender (O365) – email protection Entra ID Premium Access Policies (not starting from scratch but need to be able to configure, troubleshoot or fix issues in this (Could be a CEO in a smaller company, could be a technician that is more junior but technical, etc…) More they can handle the better, they can escalate but ideally a good troubleshooter. Maintaining these kinds of servers, cloud applications in the Microsoft, troubleshooting and supporting. Mid-size environments (what most clients have). Understanding virtualization is helpful (sometimes engineers have questions in their environments about support issues). Examples of tickets: Complex – visitor check in apps implemented in power applications (complex but they had they documentation and figured it out). Day to day – why isn’t conditional access policy working in Intra?
