In Q3, transaction volume experienced a slight dip, continuing a trend of lower figures compared to Q2 since Q32021. AVMs demonstrated improvements across all major metrics. To assess these results, AVMetrics used 789,534 test records, sufficient to conduct thorough testing in 2,863 out of 3,000+ counties in the United States with at least 30 records in each county.
