Team One Core – This week, I want to share a letter I recently received. It’s from someone who had an outstanding service experience at the Lee Brice concert. Spoiler alert for Meghan McAlpine and Jamieson Katz—the letter is all about you. I hope you don’t mind that I’m sharing it— it’s just too good not to ;) What the letter captures so well is the impact of hospitality. There’s no feeling like having someone care about you and go out of their way to make your experience wonderful, just because they want to see you happy. That rare generosity is what makes hospitality meaningful. It has the power to instantly cut through the noise and leave a lasting impression. When it comes to shaping how people feel about our brands, nothing else stacks up. We’re already great at this because it’s woven into our culture. But in 2025, I want hospitality to become our signature differentiator….and create the buzz within our sectors. I want it to be the area where we leap ahead of everyone in the industry, and put the pressure on them to keep up.
