Transcript

Getting feedback from others is a really important part of finding what that is. And I think asking specific questions, not just OK, what are my talents, but knowing what it is that you do better than most. So for me and what people told me. And even in my totality of my career at Chick-fil-A, there are lots of things I did. I mean, we didn't, I mean, the roles and responsibilities were huge. But the one thing that God gifted me to do was select talent. And I didn't know that immediately. I thought everybody could do what I did. And that's how most of us are when we're looking for Our Calling. We think everybody knows how to do that. And then all of a sudden people help us understand, Oh no, this is the thing I was made for. So from that standpoint. That just that is what really helped me. It was a combination of finding my center, which for me was my fate, and the relying on other people to feed into me to help me do.
