I am pursuing my idea, which is an AI-based solution in the hiring solutions industry, and I all of a sudden saw this company that is associated with T-Hub, which is also an AI-based hiring solution. Later, when I discussed with the founder of that company, I realized that He is trying to solve with a B2B model my entire vision is significantly different compared to what they are solving and I discussed a potential partnership with them because both our projects are integrateable in the future. The moral of the story is: Don't panic if someone else has the same idea. Continue your work on your vision. Its not the idea; its the execution that matters. so keep going.

How do you go from making $500,000 a month to $1,000,000 in just 30 days as a busy CEO. Here's the roadmap (based on real-world results): As a successful CEO, you already know what works and what doesn’t. But there’s one thing you can’t buy: speed and time. It's a universal human limitation. You know having more setters means more qualified leads. But scaling up by hiring 20 A-players overnight? That's nearly impossible. The solution?👇 To scale at unprecedented levels, you need to feed your success into AI systems. This is exactly what we've done for manufacturers, insurance companies bringing in hundreds of thousands of dollars in sales in just days. All by replicating their top talent with AI. Imagine getting that extra time to relax... maybe even hit the pool.😆 But jokes aside, take a look at the results.👇😀 You train an AI system on your best team members to handle unlimited follow-ups, lead nurturing, appointment setting—everything you can think of. The best part? Your team can get started right away. If you're a 7 or 8-figure business owner ready to implement this, I’ve got a free community where we help you plug these systems into your company. Join here: https://lnkd.in/dtYgjAME

👉 Receiving support in your business doesn’t always come from hiring. 👈 . Loom allowed me to have a free trial of AI when it was in beta. I LOVED it! AI automatically writes the title, description, timestamps, removes ums, and more. . However, when they finished the beta and made it paid, I wondered, was it really worth an extra $3 a month when I already have other AI tools that can do the same thing? 🤔 . I didn’t upgrade. After a couple months, I was in the middle of creating my Kajabi mini-course and needed the timestamps. I missed the ease of editing what AI wrote rather than starting from scratch. . I timed myself to see how long it took to wait for the video to be ready to download, download it, and upload it into Castmagic (an AMAZING AI tool), get the description and timestamps from there and paste them back into Loom to edit them from the video. ⏱️ . 8 minutes per video. Doesn’t sound like a long time, right? However, when you are on a roll creating tutorial videos, that is a long time to pause and do busy work and then start recording again. . Thinking about my role in future, would I want to keep doing this myself? No! If I gave this task to someone on my team, how much would I be paying them to do this tedious task at 8 minutes per video? . Way more than $3 a month and it was energetically draining to do, especially knowing there was a much simpler way. It was busy work! . With the time tracking and the metrics, the decision was easy. . Happily signed up for Loom AI and now the workflows move faster again. Even if in my feelings, it seemed silly to pay for yet another AI over here when I have other tools elsewhere. . Not ready to hire a human yet? Hiring a team isn’t the only way you can receive more support in your business. Sometimes it is as simple as realizing how much a system or AI can save you time and busy work and adding it to your tech stack! 🤖 . Scalable Systems is all about making the business work smarter, not harder. What can you do with an extra 8 minutes? How many extra minutes are in your business?

To grow a tech company, consider focusing on these key areas: 1. **Product Innovation:** Continuously improve your product or service to meet the evolving needs of your customers. Stay ahead of the competition by innovating and adopting emerging technologies. 2. **Customer Experience:** Prioritize excellent customer service and user experience. Happy customers are more likely to become repeat customers and recommend your product to others. 3. **Market Expansion:** Identify new markets or niches where your product can be successful. This might involve expanding internationally, targeting different customer segments, or diversifying your product offerings. 4. **Partnerships and Alliances:** Form strategic partnerships with other companies in your industry to access new markets, technologies, or resources. Collaborating with complementary businesses can also help you reach a wider audience. 5. **Marketing and Branding:** Invest in marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and attract new customers. Utilize digital marketing techniques such as social media, content marketing, and search engine optimization to reach your target audience effectively. 6. **Talent Acquisition:** Build a talented and diverse team that can drive innovation and growth. When to use an outside tech team vs. hiring FTEs in-house? It's a debate a lot of companies grapple with as they grow. IT staff augmentation and IT outsourcing isn't for every project or business. But for certain situations, it can save you time and money, while still delivering awesome results by highly skilled workers who aren't full time employees. Here are 6 scenarios where I see using an outside tech team shine: 👉 Rapid Growth If your company is outgrowing its current tech capabilities, it's a good "mid" step to growing your team without a huge commitment. 👉 Start-Up Acceleration Skip the hunt for a technical co-founder and hit the ground running with someone who has done it before. 👉 Legacy Modernization Need to transform an older, monolythic system(s) into scalable, distributed platforms without starting from scratch. 👉 Skills Gaps Fill in critical skill gaps on demand, ensuring your project doesn't lose momentum. 👉 Strategic Scaling Grow your tech capabilities with a reliable partner, who can scale up and down with you, in a pay for what you need model. 👉 Digital Transformation Navigate a digital shift smoothly with strategic guidance and expert execution for a non-technical business or founder. What's been your experience working with extended tech teams? I want to hear your stories - good, bad, and ugly. Just drop a comment.

Distribution is the hardest problem for scaling companies to solve over the next 3/5 years. And it's not even close. It won't be building product It won't be scaling sales It won't be excelling at customer support It won't be hiring A+ talent It won't be branding It won't be positioning It's going to be distribution. AI will change how companies scale distribution in a scalable and forecastable way. A new playbook will be written.

Want to scale without hiring? Here's the brutal truth most founders miss: Before adding headcount, maximize your existing team's impact. I've seen Founders learn this the hard way after rushing to hire (and watching great people leave). The secret? Track these engagement metrics first: - Marketing: Content creation time / Total Time - Sales: Customer conversation time / Total Time - Success: Direct customer support time / Total Time Now the gold: Want to boost these by 50%? 5 often-overlooked fixes: - Clear SOPs No more "how do I do this again?" questions. - Simplified Systems Your team should know exactly what to do when they open their laptop. - Communication Habits Stop the 50x daily email & Slack checks killing focus. - Smart Automation Let robots handle the follow-ups. - AI Enhancement Use AI to accelerate (not replace) your team's work. Here's the truth: A focused team of 5 can outperform an unfocused team of 10. Before posting that job listing, try optimizing what you have. Your next hire should multiply output, not just add to headcount. Agree? Disagree?

Companies spend millions of dollars each year on products with the hope they are the magic fix to all their people and process problems. Why? 1. It's easier to buy new tech than to upskill people or have hard conversations about how they no longer fit the role they've been in for 5+ years. 2. It's easier to buy new tech than to identify and remediate process gaps. 3. Salespeople sell a lot of hope and dreams that don't always pan out. While tech is “cheaper” in the short term, and the product seems like it'll be a magic bullet to solve all problems, what is more likely is that the organization is kicking an expensive can down the road. Start with the process, then people, and then you can focus on buying the new shiny object. Otherwise, you're borrowing against your future progress. #EGDataGuy #processimprovement #tech

Ever felt like you're trapped in a world where favoritism reigns supreme, gaslighting is the norm, and employees are left constantly seeking validation while drowning under the weight of obligations? Well, at Digilize Solutions, we're flipping the script and turning bureaucracy into a beacon of hope amidst the chaos! 🎶✨ 📜 Let's Take a Trip Down Memory Lane: Bureaucracy, with its endless forms and processes, might seem like the ultimate buzzkill. But here's the silver lining: it's a system built on fairness and transparency. Unlike the murky waters of favoritism and gaslighting, where success often depends on who you know or how well you play the game, bureaucracy levels the playing field and rewards hard work and merit. It's like having a roadmap to success where everyone has a fair shot at reaching their full potential! 📚💡 🎵 Breaking Down Silos: In a world where favoritism and gaslighting run rampant, employees often feel isolated and undervalued. But at Digilize, we're all about tearing down those walls and building a community where everyone feels seen, heard, and appreciated. Bureaucracy, far from being a burden, becomes a source of support and empowerment. By championing transparency, accountability, and open communication, we create an environment where trust thrives, and collaboration flourishes. 🤝🌐 🚀 Let's Be the Change: We're not just bystanders in the fight against favoritism and gaslighting—we're the ones leading the charge! At Digilize, we're all about taking a stand and rewriting the rules of the game. By embracing the principles of bureaucracy, we reclaim our power and pave the way for a brighter, more equitable future. No longer do employees have to navigate murky waters or feel the weight of unrealistic expectations. Instead, they can focus on what truly matters—making meaningful contributions and pursuing their passions. 🎻🚀 📈 So, my fellow trailblazers, let's rise above the noise and create a workplace where fairness, transparency, and integrity reign supreme. Together, we'll transform bureaucracy from a necessary evil into a force for good, and in doing so, pave the way for a more inclusive and empowered workforce. #InnovationRevolution #BureaucracyBusters #SymphonyOfChange #DigilizeInnovators #BreakTheMold #DigilizeSolutions
