Here is reason number 4: 4) Availability When I moved from a corporate job to consulting, the biggest difference was being able to fully focus on one project. In a consultant role, you can dedicate your efforts to the transformation at hand. Unlike corporate managers, who are often distracted by administrative and other parallel tasks, consultants can focus solely on the transformation project.
