Preparation of Working Schedules 7. Development of Construction Methodologies 8. Creation of Checklists for Construction Processes 9. Enrollment in Courses on Lexis and Structures of Building Construction 10. Application of Value Engineering 11. Don't be discouraged; many interviewers may not be familiar with all the skills listed above, and your colleagues may lack them as well. To ensure smooth operations on any construction site I supervise, I would implement the following strategies: 1. Prepare daily working schedules to guide activities. 2. Develop comprehensive construction methodologies. 3. Create labor and materials schedules to clearly identify daily requirements. 4. After almost 2,5 years in Australia, I just realize, that I can do everything: 1) I know how to be a steelfixer (within 1 week - I started working 25 aud/h and next monday another company gave me 50$/h) 2) I know how to put precast panels up, and built 6 buildings 3) I know hot to install structural steel and made more than 100 projects. 4) I know all surviving job and done more than 15 jobs. 5) I know about procurement, tendering, estimating everything (believe me). 6) I have more than 65 5 stars reviews in Hipages like handyman. 7) I manage more than 100 residential projects and 1 big commercial project like project manager. But the same time my first degree was in marketing, I have educational license, I know python and c++ language, was It project manager almost 4 years and a lot of other things. And when companies asked me send them Cover letter, i just want to write “Ok, what your company can give me?”
