I’m having difficulty understanding how this is innovative. You guys know about BIM, right? You know that if you use it properly that BlueBeam isn’t necessary and that PDF’s are redundant?

That's pretty cool, I use to just export the mark ups as a CSV in the bottom bar from bluebeam, Save as the exported CSVl file into a excel format since excel gets grumpy with CSV files, take the mark ups from bluebeam in excel and insert a pivot table to scrub through the information. Makes a nice take off sheet and used it to enter in Accubid for electrical take offs, that being said this is a pretty slick trick that I would give a try.

A live link for exporting the whole of the Markup List to Excel would be really useful. So, instead of just picking up the high level summary information with Quantity Link, you could literally use every piece of meta data that Bluebeam generates when you are completing your measures. At present this can be done by exporting from Bluebeam to a CSV and then using Power Query in Excel but, a live link would make things so much easier!
