I have been thinking about lot about the complexity we put into design, especially in the products that are designed to make our lives simpler. But isn't the sign of genius in the simplicity of our design. My best friend LOVES ice skating ⛸️ Like, has her own skates and everything. I, however? Absolutely hate it. And when I fell on my derrière in the middle of Planet Ice when I was 14, I vowed I would NEVER. DO IT. AGAIN. 😡 This summer I broke my vow for her. It was her hen do and we had a day of activities lined up that she loved... Including ice skating. Safe to say I still absolutely hate it and got off after one lap of the rink.
