US Election next week! I worked in US recruitment during the last 2 US elections and the general rule?...once it is over, markets pick up. Like with the UK budget this week, a lot of companies are poised to wait and see what happens and once it is over, companies crack on, same in the US. For those in certain markets, post 2016 election, 2017 was a great year in US recruitment and same with the post 2020 election in 2021 (yes that was also the post Covid uptick as well) but a lot of signs pointing toward 2025 being another great year for US recruitment. Book a call with Lead & Gain Workforce Solutions Inc. to understand how we can help you grow in the US staffing markets.
