This image explains why you should hire Ukrainians, even in spite of the risks. Where else can you hire a C-level in AI field for 132k a year and that person would consider it fair pay? Hiring in Ukraine means you get a greateful, fast learning, top performing talent for a fraction of EU price and believe me these people will work their asses off for you and do it with a smile. And if you’re worried about potential losses due to drafts and else, you can easily find a replacement: there are 12 software engineers per 1 opening currently in Ukraine and even including hiring and learning it will still be cheaper than same level person in EU, let alone US.

🌍 Preparing for Your Move to Germany with an Opportunity Card? Here’s How to Get Job-Ready in the Tech & IT Sectors! 🚀 1⃣ Understand the German Job Market & Demand for Your Tech Stack: Research is key! Start by identifying the most in-demand tech roles and skills in Germany, such as software development, cybersecurity, data science, and AI. Go deeper to see if your specific tech stack—like Java with Spring Boot, Python with Django, or React.js for front-end—is highly sought after. Focus on cities with thriving tech hubs like Berlin, Munich, and Frankfurt, and monitor local job portals like StepStone, XING, and LinkedIn for trends in job postings. Knowing what skills are hot right now can help you target the right positions! 🎯 2⃣ Tailor Your CV for the German Market: German recruiters expect a well-structured CV. Highlight your key skills, certifications, and measurable achievements (e.g., "Improved system efficiency by 30%"). Add a professional photo and ensure your CV is no longer than two pages. Don’t forget to include a compelling cover letter explaining your motivation for working in Germany. 📄💼 3⃣ Leverage Networking: Networking is huge in Germany! Join relevant tech groups on LinkedIn, attend virtual meetups, and engage with recruiters directly. Be active in communities related to your field—this can dramatically increase your chances of getting interview calls. 🤝💡 With these strategies, you're ready to stand out in the competitive German tech landscape! 🌟💼 Get in touch with me here if you are working in Tech & IT and thinking to move to Germany!

When one domino falls, the rest are bound to follow. Here's how it applies to telecommunications: Take a single fiber-optic line. High-speed internet empowers small enterprises to scale, tap into international markets, or attract top remote talent. This single connection line has an impact beyond business, though. In underserved areas, students gain access to educational resources and opportunities that were once out of reach. They can learn and grow skills just like their peers from highly developed locations. The domino effect doesn’t stop there. Those skilled individuals now make up a community that is a powerful magnet for investors. Companies are now eager to allocate their businesses in the area, fuel the local economy, drive growth, and create new opportunities. And that multiplies the opportunities and creates another spiral of progress. I like to think about how our everyday work sparks this kind of long-term progress in communities across the US. With that in mind, each repetitive task becomes much less mundane.

➡️ So-Called Pakistan IT Industry We want Google, Meta, Amazon and other tech giants to come in Pakistan and build their offices here. Almost every software engineer dreams of landing job in these companies and if they come to Pakistan, what could be more better. But here is my point: You visit pakistani companies’ social media page and almost no one care to mentions that they are Pakistani or based in Pakistan. Everyone's headquarter located in some foreign country. So, what's the point of being Pakistani or in Pakistan if you can't show to world who we are? And on top of that, we are so scared of showing our identity to the world that even developers and engineers do not mention that they are working from Pakistan. May be that's not the reason why these tech companies do not come to Pakistan, but if we don't show to world that who we are, where we are, how will the world know how capable we are and what talent Pakistan has? How they will accept us? May be we don't want these tech giants, but first, we must accept your identity. Whats your thoughts on Pakistan IT industry and big tech foreign companies? #pakistan #itindustry #softwarecompanies #google #facebook #amazon #apple #samsung #softwareengineer #developer

Senior Tech Professionals and Executives: Before You Decide to Upskill (and waste your time and money), watch this. If you were rejected 18 times from employers, like Richard, it won't make a difference. Your new skills won't solve the actual problem you have. If you are a senior tech professional in the USA or Canada, currently employed, earning $150k, and SERIOUS about switching jobs without all the nonsense of going back to school, give me a shout.
