Some findings include: * Self-efficacy is positively related to intrapreneurship. * Team Cohesion is positively related to intrapreneurship. * Organization support is positively related to intrapreneurship. Since the beginning, the Social Entrepreneurship Competition has been based on the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals 🌱 The SDGs were adopted by the United Nations in 2015 as a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure that by 2030 all people enjoy peace and prosperity. 💡 Through the Competition, we are incorporating these into the #tourism context to highlight how #socialentrepreneurs in travel around the world are working on achieving the Goals. 👉 Each applicant must address up to 3 of the goals in their application process and provide examples of how their idea or project is working on the goals. ✅ The most selected Sustainable Development Goals by applicants in the 2022 Competition were:   • Goal 8: Decent Work & Economic Growth  • Goal 11: Sustainable Cities & Communities  • Goal 17: Partnership for the Goals Do you know all 17 SDGs?
