Very soon a seed law in Nigeria as they have done in Kenya with another monkey president leading there: William Ruto . He will not be in Benin for his agenda before we phase him out . Bill Gates now a tax consultant in Nigeria. That is how others perceive Africans as subhumans Nigeria faces deep-rooted challenges, such as corruption, poverty, and low productivity, despite its large population and abundant resources. While Bill Gates’ initiative to improve Nigeria’s digital tax system may be well-intentioned, it's concerning when placed against the backdrop of more pressing economic issues, like widespread poverty and inflation exceeding 60%. With a GDP per capita below $3,000 and over 100 million Nigerians living in extreme poverty, the priority should be on increasing productivity and reducing corruption, not just enhancing tax efficiency. Many Nigerians thrive abroad, yet these internal issues remain unsolved. The tendency to rely on external figures, like Bill Gates, to address domestic problems reflects a broader mindset where African countries often look to outsiders for solutions rather than leveraging their own talent. Historical and political factors contribute to this reliance on external influence, but the need for locally driven strategies is clear. The stark contrast between Nigerians’ success overseas and the struggles within the country highlights critical gaps in governance and resource management. For Nigeria to move forward, it must prioritize homegrown solutions and focus on building a productive, self-sustaining economy.

Dear African Leaders, How much of Bill Gates do you know or are you blinded by the color of a mere fiat currency called Dollar? Have you now reduced all of your African values to dollars and cents that your children will eventually sniff away in drugs when you are no more? Have you ever thought about the consequences of making your own kids cerebrally redundant because you have left them cash and assets they never worked for or needed ? Please have pity on yourselves and your children by rejecting the offers from the Eugenicist, Bill Gates. You will agree with me that no African knows Bill Gates like the notable speaker in this video, Robert Kennedy Jnr. Why then do you trust Bill Gates if all of these is said about him? Many of the European tribesmen who know Bill Gates are wondering what is wrong with you African Leaders. Are you hypnotized or something? His Dollar is not good for you please reject it. Even though it’s a known fact that you are careless about the Citizens you govern, have pity on yourself and your Children. #africa #africanunion #au #gmo #saynotogmos #vaccine #mpox #blacklivesmatter

Will Smith slapped Chris Rock at the 2022 Oscars. This infamous moment was all Smith was remembered for. But the same night, Smith won the Best Actor Oscar for his portrayal of Richard Williams, father of Serena and Venus, in the movie King Richard. Having recently watched the film again, I was struck by the critical lesson it carries for all people in business. During each tennis practice session, Richard Williams had his daughters put up a sign on the fence. It said: "If you fail to plan, then you plan to fail." It's a poignant and powerful phrase with particular meaning for any business. A written plan, with strict adherence, is probably the most important thing an organization can do to accomplish its goals. I've seen it in my own company over the past 13 years. With the help of talented coaches from CEO Coaching International and the assistance of EOS Implementer Cesar Quintero, Red Banyan has stayed on track year after year. So, if you want to take your business to the next level, you must create a plan and stick to it. And by the way, this doesn't apply just to your work life. Having a plan related to your personal and family life can also take you to new heights of accomplishment and self-satisfaction. Richard Williams' wisdom teaches us that planning isn't just a strategy; it's the key to navigating challenges and seizing opportunities. Let's embrace the power of planning to shape our future with clarity and purpose. The holiday season is upon us, and we’re shining the spotlight on our venerable CFO David Hefty, in this month’s "Pro"-file. He's the long-serving operational expert who keeps our sleigh running smoothly. We asked him a few questions about his time here... ready to learn a bit more? Q. What keeps you coming back to Liberty National every year? A. It’s been an honor and a pleasure to work for a man like Paul Fireman and the Fireman family. I feel like this is my professional legacy. Q. What’s your favorite hole on the course? A. The 12th Hole. I just aim for the bunkers in the middle of the fairway and I have really good chance of missing them and landing in the fairway. Q. We hear you're a big #PhiladelphiaEagles fan. Any favorite moments? A. One of the several Miracles at the Meadowlands (take your pick). Heart-crushing for some of my co-workers, but that’s the kind of thing that builds character (you’re welcome). Q. Finance question in 3...2...1... What should a young golfer who wins a big tournament purse invest in? A. Real estate (in the words of Lucy of Peanuts fame).
