👉 Here's the quick answer: If you're a newbie - Yes. It's not compulsory or anything, but it's just what I recommend. Unless you live right next door to it, it's probably going to be a huge hassle for you to keep running down to the property to figure out how even the little things work. Running an RV park is a learning process, but once you've got your teams and systems in place, it can set you up to be in a much better place to succeed in all your future properties as well. #rvpark #realestateinvesting

Most people FAIL at RV park investing because they don’t take the time to figure out who their guests are. If you don’t know what your ideal customers want, it’s easy to go off track. Spend some time thinking about who they are - how they get there, what they like, and how they book their stay. This understanding helps you create the right services and set the right prices, giving them an experience they'll love and want to come back for. In the end, successful RV park investing is all about knowing your guests well. 🤷♀️
