Thrilled to announce that we’ve just successfully closed Capsa AI’s £1.7 million seed round 🎉 In just 8 months since founding the company, we’ve evolved into a revenue-generating platform, serving top private equity funds managing over $30 billion in assets across the US, UK, and Germany. Our clients are already seeing significant impact, with Capsa AI reducing due diligence time by 20%. In the coming months, we aim to push that figure to 50%! By leveraging AI, we aggregate, structure, and analyse data faster, allowing private equity investors to evaluate more deals, make smarter decisions, and ultimately boost their returns. This seed round was led by Outward VC, a leading UK fintech investor, with additional backing from Cornerstone VC and Antler. We’re also excited to have the support of high-profile angels, including Chris Adelsbach, one of Europe’s top fintech investors, as well as senior professionals from prominent private equity firms and tech unicorns. This milestone marks a major step forward in our mission to revolutionise private equity through AI-powered solutions. We are deeply grateful for the continued trust and support of our customers, employees, and investors. Very excited for what's to come! 🚀 Press coverage in the comments. #AI #PrivateEquity #SeedFunding #CapsaAI

🔥Very proud angel investor to announce .txt’s $11.9M fundraise to help solve AI's fundamental flaw. The two successive rounds were led by Elaia and EQT Ventures with the participation of Seedcamp (Sia Houchangnia) Common Magic (Sarah Drinkwater) Kima Ventures (Alexis Robert) Script Capital STATION F and many amazing angels investors like Roxanne Varza Julien Chaumond Jean-Louis Quéguiner , Pierre Valade, Arnaud Mauduit and many others. 🤖While AIs can string together sentences to emulate human syntax, they’ve yet to learn the syntax of computers… and of the applications that run our world. Without more predictable outputs, LLMs simply can’t be integrated into our systems and businesses. .txt allows LLMs to respond in a way that software understands, making LLMs more reliable for the world to build on Give it a try Congrats Rémi, Daniel Gerlanc and Brandon T. Willard and thanks for the trust 👇TechCrunch article in first comment

Few business areas go untouched by the influential Arnault family. bit.ly/3yRcq7V Some of Bernard Arnault’s more recent interests are far away from retail or luxury. Turns out, Europe’s richest man has been quietly investing in AI amid a surge of interest in the novel tech. Aglaé Ventures, a tech-focused venture fund owned by the Arnault family office, has invested in five AI companies this year, CNBC reported, citing data from private wealth management platform Fintrx. The funding rounds across the companies were worth $300 million in total, according to Fintrx, although it’s unclear how much of that was contributed by Arnault’s VC. Read more: bit.ly/3yRcq7V

Congrats to Clay for its big news (vc raise). Today's $46 million question: Why would elite VC firms (Sequoia Capital, Meritech Capital, First Round Capital) invest $46m in a "orchestration platform for modern go-to-market teams?" Pull quote from the Bloomberg News story by Katie Roof: "Alex Kurland, general partner at Meritech Capital, said he’s investing in Clay because “the business has really exploded over the past four to six quarters,” thanks to its integration of increasingly powerful AI technology." Integrations like OpenAI, Google Gemini, Harmonic, SmartLead.... If your SaaS company needs an example to follow, see Kareem Amin and co. If you want some help actually building these types of integrations, see me :) Left Hook.
