How can you get out of a negative headspace, when you really feel like you can't be arsed to do anything? 🤔 Good question. We've all been there. You're just not feeling it today, for whatever reason. It's just one of those things 🤷♂️ HOWEVER... You know you want to get out of that mindset. At risk of using all the clichés, where there's a will, there's a way 💡 At times like this, my advice is to go as simple as possible. What is the thing you can do, with the LEAST possible effort, to change your state? This will be different for everyone. But what do you enjoy? What puts you in a good frame of mind ordinarily? Then pick the easiest of these things to do...
