Career path at Facctum and personal growth: Onkar’s journey at Facctum has been a testament to his commitment to innovation and leadership. With a primary focus on DevSecOps, he ensures the delivery of the most secure products to our clients while minimizing downtimes. Additionally, Onkar holds the vital role of InfoSec Officer, safeguarding our operations and client data. His pivotal contribution lies in spearheading the design, implementation, and rollout of Facctum's Next-Gen Architecture, marking a significant milestone in our technological advancement.
Cherishing the workplace: In Onkar’s words, “I can count many! On the work side, when we rolled out Next-gen Architecture to our clients in March, it marked the culmination of almost 8 months of hard work, planning, testing etc. We also had an amazing off-site at the Bangalore office back in November which colleagues from all our offices around the world, attended in person. Apart from work, there was a lot of fun, laughter, party and just spending time and getting to know each other better!!”
Personal & professional goals: Aligning personal and professional aspirations, Onkar finds deep satisfaction in tackling challenging problems alongside our talented team. Advice to newcomers: “A HUGE advantage of being new is bringing an outsider's perspective. You aren't conditioned to think 'this is how it has been done here', so be curious while respectfully questioning the status quo to seek chances of being creative”, says Onkar.
