Cobre Limited announces today its first hole of a 4,800m diamond drill program at the Ngami Copper Project in Botswana's Kalahari Copper Belt. ✅First drill hole of the program NCP55 intersected a thick 21m package of chalcocite dominated mineralisation. ✅ Located 7.5km along strike from the Comet Target, this discovery highlights the potential for high-grade copper in previously untested areas. ✅ Supported by pXRF measurements, these findings confirm the strike continuity of mineralisation and add to the exploration target of 103–166Mt @ 0.38–0.46% Cu. Drill targets have been identified in Solis Minerals' Ilo Este Prospect and the area is drill ready with drill permitting underway. The initial drill plan is for 5,000m. A chargeability anomaly 1200m in length and averaging 250m in width is situated on the northern flank and extends eastward of the Southern Magnetic Anomaly. The IP anomaly is partly coincident with Cu oxides present in porphyritic quartz microdiorites on surface. Oriole Resources on track for resource boost at Bibemi @OrioleResources #AIM #ORR. Oriole Resources said results from the latest drilling at Bibemi in Cameroon have indicated more mineralised intersections. Selective sampling of the second set of 10 holes at the BZ1 MRE target sections of 1.20m at 25.54g/t gold, 2m at 2.76g/t gold and 1.80m at 3.26g/t, Several of these intersections are within 50m of the surface, said Oriole, providing further support for the definition of additional near-surface resources within the footprint of the existing resource estimate (MRE).   The current MRE is  375,000 ounces of contained gold at a grade of 2.30g/t. At the lower levels, we intersected very wide mineralized areas with high-grade gold lenses. At the same time drill holes 41 and 44 intersected gold mineralization West from the known Kuittila deposit, extending the deposit to the West. Terra Metals Limited (ASX:#TM1) is pleased to announce that the results from a further 14 drillholes confirm the discovery of multiple Platreef-style copperplatinum group element (#PGE) reefs from surface at the Dante Reefs; only 15km from #BHP’s $1.7 billion Nebo-Babel mine development (390Mt @ 0.30% Cu, 0.33% Ni, 0.23g/t PGE3). Drilling results to-date confirm that the Dante Reefs have the potential to host a large sulphide deposit containing #copper, #gold, PGEs, #vanadium and #titanium; the first of its kind in Australia. Mako Gold Ltd (ASX:MKG) managing director Peter Ledwidge sits down with Jonathan Jackson in the Proactive studio to chat through the completion of a mechanical trenching program at the Tchaga North prospect within the #NapiéGoldProject in Côte d’Ivoire, covering 762 metres with samples taken at 1-metre intervals. The trenching targeted new high-grade gold zones identified by recent field mapping and rock chip sampling, yielding high #gold concentrations (79.50 g/t, 76.10 g/t, 60.66 g/t). The zones examined included the Ladder Zone, Central Zone, Double Zone and other newly mapped areas. Mako is now awaiting assay results to further evaluate the trenches and plan subsequent drilling operations. The trenches revealed numerous east-west oriented quartz veins and stringers in stockworks, which have not yet been tested by drilling.
