I would say it's always the fact that I think everything is testable and and I'm always about innovating and keeping up with what's going on outside of my own industry. Generating Genius is a registered charity who supports students from low income households get into science, technology, engineering and maths and what we do is we work with top companies, from startups through to large multinationals, really help young people get into their full potential and the best careers possible. So my journey is an interesting one. I'd say I've come very much from financial services, always working in talent development, but really we've had a hunger. To innovate and create and always to shake up and do things differently and that's what we do, generating genius. We're innovators. We're making an exciting space for young people to think about their careers in the most interesting way possible. I would say it's always the fact that I think everything is testable and I'm always about innovating and keeping up with what's going on outside of my own industry as well. I would say looking at the looking at our charity at the moment, it's not really what scares me. But I think the clicking at in general British society, what scares me a little bit is that we do need to realise that as we innovate and create exciting businesses, who's going to be part of those businesses and making sure that everybody, including low income household students are part of the new exciting innovative startup companies that we have.
