Growing up in the South, I was lucky to experience holidays filled with joy, laughter, and creativity. Our gatherings revolved around fun games, catching up, and the silly charm of white elephant gift exchanges. These events were wonderfully low-cost, focusing on creating joy and endless laughter for everyone. Even after 20 years, these traditions continue, bringing cheer and connection to our lives. Although I haven’t been able to attend for many years, I think about them fondly.
