As you know, First Line in Health is more than just a conference. But how do we turn an already unmissable conference into a special experience for our attendees? 🎉 Every year, we work as a team to offer you the best possible support for taking part in our event. And it was our producer Isabelle Girard who came up with the idea for the profiles. 💡 What are profiles? 🃏 A nod to the board game that will be offered during the congress, these profiles suggest conferences but also kiosks according to your centers of interest. 🎲 By selecting the right profiles for you, you can optimize your time at the convention by focusing on the conferences and booths most relevant to you. ✅ Discover the full list here: https://bit.ly/44kMZ9U 📌

Of course, people from Premier are speaking! 7 out of 9 people on the Board of Directors of AHVAP are employees of Premier, or Premier member hospital employees. Scanning the article, it looks more like a recruiting event to me than a professional association meeting. It would seem other GPOs would feel there is a conflict of interest in this organization. Value Analysis in the United States is seriously broken. Possibly because organizations that represent value analysis professionals seem to care more about recruiting for their GPO than educating, training, and informing on real value analysis principles, processes, tools, and technology that could improve the product selection, quality and cost chaos we have in today's healthcare ecosystem? #healthcareCEO, #healthcarevalueanalysis, #GPO, #healthsystemCEO, #healthsystemCFO, #healthsystemCMO, #healthsystemCNO, #vizient, #healthtrust, #physicians, #nurse, #supplychain
The Premier team is excited to be attending the Association of Healthcare Value Analysis Professionals (AHVAP) Annual Conference and Industry Partner Expo! We'll be speaking at a variety of sessions throughout the week and are looking forward to connecting on-site - scroll below to see where to find us.

Dear PCSI community As 2024 comes to a close, I want to reflect on the achievements of PCSI this year and share what’s ahead for 2025. Our conference in May in Bled, Slovenia, was a highlight of the year, bringing together passionate professionals from around the world. A big thank you to our hosts, Zavod za zdravstveno zavarovanje Slovenije, as well as our keynote speakers, sponsors, and other contributors, for delivering a conference we are proud of. Looking ahead, I am excited about what’s to come. In 2025, we’ll host our next conference in Québec, Canada (https://lnkd.in/gmzUKJDi), in partnership with Ministère de la santé et des services sociaux and Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI). We will also continue our educational activities, helping to grow expertise in patient classification systems and casemix across our global community. Casemix information continues to play a vital role in healthcare transformations, helping us understand patient diversity, manage resources, and improve health outcomes. It supports key initiatives such as Value-Based Health Care, integrated care, and bundled payments, providing the insights needed to enhance care quality, patient experience, and system efficiency. Thank you to our members for your ongoing support, expertise, and dedication. I look forward to all we will achieve together in the year ahead.
