This is big. We are delighted to share our conversation with Prof. Bent Flyvbjerg about his book How Big Things Get Done. The subtitle is most telling: “The Surprising Factors That Determine the Fate of Every Project, from Home Renovations to Space Exploration and Everything in Between.” Bent takes a database of 16,000 megaprojects, analyzes their performance, and identifies what led to success or failure. The Velociteach crew talks through these findings with Bent, pulling practical advice that may change your approach to managing projects.
