🚀 Starting a journey that I believe will mark my career! 🚀 A couple of weeks ago, Grupo Defensa proposed a challenge to me that I think will define my professional path from now on. You might be wondering what it's about. Let me share a bit more about this exciting opportunity. The challenge is to improve the customer experience in a company with over 32,000 active clients, but with a team of fewer than 100 people having direct contact with them! 💼💬 My first thought was to hire more personnel. However, the real challenge was to find a solution using the resources we already had, avoiding significant investments in hiring. That's when I considered automation and the use of artificial intelligence as a key solution. Being a LegalTech company, we have a great IT team to help with my ideas. Although I'm still working on finding a final solution, the process has made me realize the importance of clear communication both within and outside the company. 🔍 Ensuring that everything we say and do communicates the same message has become really important for my improvement proposal. As I continue working on my proposal, I would love to hear your thoughts on why focusing on the customer is crucial. I'm excited about the possibilities ahead and grateful for the support I've received!
