Iam Calgary Transit user for almost 19 years or more just because I can't afford parking downtown for my work. Why does Calgary Transit be allowed to increase transit passes prices in short span of time and yet the cost of living in this city continue to rise? You people know the federal government no longer allow citizens claim tax credit on these passes and yet you continue to sneak in few dollars and dimes into these prices. All for the claim of improving services and yet we are crowded on 3-car ctrains like sardines. Its appalling to see these claims of service improvement and yet we see the same poor services being rendered. Calgarian need atleast a 5 year gap before making these price increase. Calgarian are hurting with high cost of living and any slight changes such as increased taxes just add more salt to the wounds of many.

Spending multiple millions on climate change mitigation that will have no affect on climate change. Then they have the nerve to justify this useless spending using RCP 8.5 which was meant as an impossible worst case scenario and never intended to be a useful model projection, however politicians, like our mayor Gondek, like to use it to scare people. They learned this trick from the Trudeau government. The next council needs to retract the climate emergency rhetoric and remove the ridiculous costs from the budget.

I would like a breakdown as to where all of my tax dollars are going.

The mayor needs to be replaced.
