Stellex Capital Management, a middle-market private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Fox Brothers, a service provider to the construction and infrastructure industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We see strong potential in the company’s capabilities and resources and look forward to working together with management and our operators to deliver on our value creation plan. This acquisition aligns with our strategy to identify companies where we believe we can introduce operational expertise in an effort to drive growth and better leverage companies’ assets and resources,” Mark Redman, Stellex Managing Partner. Week 2 of Raising $200M for Our Clients in 12 Months Last week was intense. We are on the brink of finalizing two significant deals: - Property development project in Belize - $5M - Sustainable timber extraction business - $25M Why are we particularly excited about these projects? Both have successfully passed our stringent fundability audit assessment. Both projects have demonstrated a clear priority and commitment to raising capital. We have diligently nurtured these relationships over several weeks. I am confident in these raises because we already have capital raise partners who have expressed preliminary interest.
