15hCitibank, Jane Fraser what are you doing to me??? Nobody can help me?!? I opened a new account with a $325 reward incentive in 3 months for doing so. Its not been a month & I already went through so many issues, the last one still being held accountable and suffering consequences for a mistake done by YOUR FRAUD TEAM. The State if California sent me a replacement check for my tax returns, since the original got lost in the mail. I proceeded to deposit this check on 12/22 using Citibank Mobile app. On 12/23 I could not use my card. I did not understand what was going on and when I called your customer service, nobody was able to help me. I needed to wait until the 26th. When I called on the 26 your team told me that they couldn’t disclose what the problem was. They were not allowed to give me more info so on the Friday, the 27th. I drove myself to your bank early in the morning and as I was talking to one of your team members, he said that the check that I had on hand was not a check. He explained that your Fraud had called in and flag it as a fraud transaction and because I am consider a roadster now you guys decided to close my account on your own and block me from taking any of the funds that were there before that deposit.
