Hi, I would like to share my experience for working at the same company for more than 4 years since my journey embarked as a protegé at CIMB and I got promoted to have a permanent position as FSC doing bancasurrance for 2 years. After 2 years, I decide to explore and upgrade my knowledge and skills to become PFC doing all the financing. Throughout all these roles, every position have different challenges, but we see in different angle and continue to deliver the best for our role, Alhamdulillah I receive full support from my team and my boss, hence here I share are a few common reasons why some people stay at the same company for years:
