This involves determining the rated capacity, input/output voltages, number and layout of windings, etc. 2. **Material Preparation**: Before production begins, various materials such as insulation materials, conductors, iron cores, etc., need to be prepared. These materials must meet design specifications and undergo quality inspection. 3. **Winding**: This is a crucial step in transformer manufacturing. Windings are usually made from copper or aluminum wire wound onto the iron core to achieve a specific number of turns as per the design requirements. Insulation properties and connection reliability of the windings are ensured. 4. **Assembly**: During this stage, the windings are assembled onto the iron core, and various auxiliary components such as clamps, cooling systems, etc., are also installed. This ensures the stability of the windings and the overall structure of the transformer. 5. **Insulation Treatment**: Insulation treatment is carried out to improve the insulation performance of the transformer. This is typically achieved by coating or impregnating insulation materials onto the windings.
