Today, we share with you: The Law of Least Effort, adapted from Deepak Chopra’s “The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga” 🪷 This law reminds us that when our actions are motivated by love and pure intentions, we can most easily fulfill our desires while expending the least effort. This is because less energy is spent trying to control the situation or resisting certain outcomes. By observing this law, we can tap into the infinite organizing power of the universe, doing less yet accomplishing everything. In other words, sometimes it is beneficial to step back from doing in order to create space for being.
