This setting groups all unread channels at the top, making new messages instantly visible. How to set it up: ✅ Click the Settings icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner ✅ Select "Sidebar" ✅ Click "Edit" next to "Group unread channels separately" ✅ Turn it "On" ✅ Click "Save" 2️⃣ Send Messages on CTRL+ENTER ⌨️ 🖱️ Take control of your messaging! This setting allows you to use ENTER for new lines without accidentally sending incomplete messages. External Communication Tools – These facilitate communication between the organization and external stakeholders like clients, customers, or partners.
