ChatGPT’s Post

“Reframe how I think about X” has become a really impactful new use of ChatGPT for me that I think is worth trying. We all get stuck in thinking patterns, and I’ve found ChatGPT—voice or chat—to be great at unsticking me, and getting me to see things from a new and more positive perspective. For example, a few weeks ago I was feeling anxious about presenting to a large group of people. (I present a lot but still get anxious—and excited—before many presentations.) I had a conversation with ChatGPT about it the night before, and it suggested reframing my perspective, pointing out that people were there to LEARN from my presentation, not JUDGE my performance. Through a series of reframes, it really did change my perspective in a positive way, and I’ve since tried this in other situations and had great success. Try it and let me know what you think!

Try Copilot. They are focusing on emotional intelligences and sentiment analysis and it's responding based on how it thinks you feel. It sensed I seemed down about my YouTube progress and added extra words of encouragement after I was trying to find more ideas. I was getting fed up, somehow it must of realised it in my responses and offered support.

Uncovering Systemic Issues to Break the Cycle and Drive Transformative Change

Thank you for sharing this prompt—it truly resonated with me! Using it I specifically asked about how I think about my technical aptitude and got back 6 powerful points about the unique value I bring to technical conversations. It helped me recognize that my ability to bridge technical and business contexts, ask the right questions, and focus on systemic improvements are valuable strengths. I feel more confident and aligned with the value I bring to technical conversations. Such a powerful exercise!   From my Chat GPT conversation: "Remember, being technical is not just about writing code—it’s about understanding systems, asking questions, and driving results. And you’re doing all of that, exceptionally well."

I thought you meant ‘X’ X…very hard to reframe how I feel about that right now, but this sounds a great little tip!!

I love this approach! It’s amazing how a simple reframe can shift your entire mindset. ChatGPT has definitely helped me see things from fresh perspectives, especially during tough moments.
