It's led to significant investments in our proprietary I.T. systems, our people and work practices When all these things are combined, it is what makes us unique. I'm so excited by the trajectory of our business. The way we are engaging with lenders is evolutionary through active covenant monitoring, reviews and renewals and our clients are getting real competitive advantage, not just a cheap loan. There's 3 types of lenders you'll work with you. 1. Lenders who get their business because they have significantly better pricing than everyone. 2. Lenders who get their business because they have built a reputation as someone who is going to do a great job. 3. Lenders who get their business because they can get very flexible and get the difficult deals done. If you're smart, you'll find a combination of 1-2 or 2-3 depending on what you're trying to get done. I'm 1 and 2 and here to help.
