Staging your property is a really important part of preparing it to go on the market. I often get asked by clients for advice on how to stage their buy-to-let properties in Bolton. Today, I am going to share my top tips for staging the bedroom… 🛏️ Keep it neutral A neutral colour palette is relaxing and reminiscent of a luxurious hotel. It also allows potential tenants to view the bedroom as a clean slate upon which they can put their own stamp. 🛏️ Declutter Clutter makes rooms look smaller. It can also distract potential tenants, and you want them to be focusing on your property, not on your clutter. 🛏️ Mirrors Mirrors can help to make a space feel larger and brighter. Add a full-length mirror to a dark corner or add one above a dresser to help potential tenants envisage how they might use the space.
