How do lenders bring value to their real estate partners? 1. Be a trusted advisor. Don't be an order taker. Provide guidance based on the specific needs / criteria of each client. 2. Create a system that is process driven and repeatable for every partner and each referral they send. They know what to expect every single time. 3. Reciprocate when possible. Whenever current clients or past clients refer someone to you, introduce them to that agent. It's crazy how rarely a realtor gets reciprocal referrals. It's very much appreciated!
