Our most recent Welcome Guest coffee, African moon is from Agri Evolve, Uganda 🇺🇬 Agri Evolve is a profit for purpose business, in Uganda, which offers an outlet for farmers to sell their unprocessed coffee, take ownership of the quality control and together improve the reputation of the coffee produced in the Rwenzori. Agri Evolve rapidly expanded to become the largest employer in the Kisinga Region, bringing new economic stability and job opportunities to the community. This growth was driven by an ever increasing reputation for high-quality coffee from the Rwenzori Mountains. With a focus on staff empowerment and education Johnny, the owner, has managed to build the team to over 80 skilled individuals from the local area, sourcing and processing coffee from thousands of farmers across the Rwenzori mountains. This has produced an ethical and delicious coffee which is not only helping people at origin but helps people in UK with 100% of the profits going toward fighting homelessness.
