🌧️ 20th Anniversary Story #1: Customer Obsession – A Lesson from Everyday Life Today in Bengaluru, the rain hasn’t stopped since yesterday, courtesy of cyclone “Fengal.” While big delivery players like Zepto have delayed or canceled services due to the weather, Narayannama, our regular milk supplier (a hardworking lady in her 50s with 4 cows), showed up at 7 AM sharp with her milk can, wearing a smile as radiant as the sunrise. When we asked why she came in this heavy rain, she simply responded with a silent smile. Her actions reminded me of a powerful business truth: “If you keep customers happy, they will keep you in business.” Reflecting on this, I’m reminded of the wonderful journey we’ve had at #Husys. This ideology of customer obsession has been at the core of many stories from our team and clients. 💡 Client Spotlight: Commlab India One client story that perfectly embodies this philosophy is CommLab India, a Rapid E-Learning Solutions company based in Hyderabad.
