Celebrating a belated 20th anniversary at Provisions Group feels monumental and deeply personal. 🎉🥂 Since October of last year, I've written more than 15 posts and then deleted them. I just had a difficult time putting down all my feelings and thoughts. Reflecting on this journey reveals more than just business growth—it showcases a culture of genuine care and community that's rare in today's corporate world. Heck, lets do this thing, I'm writing it. :) Three months post-anniversary, I struggle to think of the impact of evolving from three to nearly 300 dedicated people. PG is Bigger than me. Something I learned early on. This isn't just about numbers; it's about everyone joining us along the way. From day one, founder Mark Freeman believed our strength wouldn't be measured by our size but by our spirit—whether we were three or three hundred. 🌱➡️🌳"How can God Use us to Make a Difference?" is what I remember first hearing. WOW! A difference for our employees, our candidates and clients. Initially hesitant to step into the role of recruiting director, now VP community, my passion has always been connecting people with opportunities—helping others isn't just a job; it's what I love. 💖   Witnessing the transformation at Provisions Group, I've realized that we are more significant than the sum of our parts. Saying "it's about the people" might sound cliché, but putting that philosophy into action has shaped us unimaginably. 👥💬 The Fact we State that and Mean it is difficult and the right thing to do, because this is important to us and REAL. The ups and downs from my vantage point have shown me the complexity of running a business, affirming how blessed I am to be part of an organization that does things because they are right, not just because they are profitable. 📈👍 In one of my posts I worked on for a 20th-anniversary post, I tried to list every team member to express the importance of EVERYONE—a task too BIG for a single post—it reinforced a vital truth: at PG, it's not about the job titles; it's about the individuals, our actions, and the differences we make. Engaging with every team member, candidate, client and hearing their stories and challenges inspires and motivates me and who we are at PG. 🌟🗣 Here's to the people past, present, and future of Provisions Group—each of you is the heartbeat of our success. Celebrating (belatedly) the start of Eleven International | Strategic Tech PR Agency for USA, UK, China, SEA Markets' 8th year. We've expanded to service new markets, but let's be real. The challenges of scaling a boutique cross border agency with clients from diverse regions with their own unique ways of partnering with an agency (like ours), is understated. And that segues into the prevailing theme that permeated our 7th year -- risk management. As with many challenges, there's often a blessing in disguise. Beyond delivering consistent results, managing risk has become a key strength of ours that's allowed us to increasingly take on 4A-sized projects & budgets (including payables). And suffice to say, larger firms are keeping tabs on our growth. (In fact, to this note, keep your eyes peeled, we'll have more news to share in the coming months.)
