Exciting progress in the fight against Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatotic Liver Disease (MASLD), previously known as NAFLD! Researchers have identified diagnostic signatures for key histological features of the disease using serum protein scanning. These proteomic models could pave the way for a non-invasive "liquid biopsy" approach, improving how we diagnose and monitor MASLD. 📊 Dive into the full study to learn more about this groundbreaking research and its implications for future treatments. Earlier this week, we tested your knowledge about a molecule that is a key mediator of inflammation and cytokine regulation. If you guessed JAK1 and/or JAK2, members of the Janus kinase (JAK) family, you guessed correctly! Dysregulation of the JAK/STAT pathway plays a key role in various cancers and autoimmune diseases. Learn more about the investigation of JAK inhibition at Incyte. #UnderTheMicroscope https://bit.ly/492a3uV
