The importance of being competitive in the world as Italians is the essence of Italy's greatness, to be rediscovered. Jasmine Paolini represents that spirit that I look for in everyone that is working with me, that is, always aiming high, without that poor complaint that Italians always have an excuse for not standing out. The disappointment after losing the final is a sign of how strong the belief in being able to emerge is in this small but great Italian woman. Why can't every Italian think like this? It is a mystery; Italy has everything to emerge; it has everything to become first in any ranking. I will never tire of saying it—the only limit is stop the belief that Italy is a second-class country. A self-induced syndrome that convinced competing countries to take advantage of it. We need to wake up the people and convince them that policies, words of prudence, and lowest common denominators are bullshit. That smile of Jasmine's is worth millions of words from politicians and bureaucrats who are content, from the height of their wealth, to be one country among many. Italy is first in the DNA... When will we realize it?

"We all know that people are the same wherever you go." (𝘗𝘢𝘶𝘭 𝘔𝘤𝘊𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘯𝘦𝘺 & 𝘚𝘵𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘦 𝘞𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳, 𝘌𝘣𝘰𝘯𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘐𝘷𝘰𝘳𝘺) This famous quote highlights a simple yet profound fact that we sometimes seem to forget. However, at Becky.works, we strive to promote a culture of inclusivity and respect towards our colleagues, regardless of where they come from. Our Ex-Yu community, made up of entities in #Belgrade and #Sarajevo, is a shining example of how we put this value into practice. ✨ How we do it: 💞 𝑲𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 is one of our 𝒄𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒗𝒂𝒍𝒖𝒆𝒔, and we aim to be friendly, generous, and considerate towards each other. We speak to everyone politely and respectfully, with no prejudice. This is especially evident in our office in Sarajevo – a city where different cultures and religions meet. Our employees in Sarajevo and in Belgrade happily exchange holiday greetings on Eid, Easter, and National Day, regardless of their background. For instance, on the National Day of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Belgrade team members sent chat congrats to their colleagues in Sarajevo, featuring the Bosnian national flag emoji 👏. In such ways, our Becky employees show how open-minded and tolerant they are regarding cultural, religious, and life-choices diversity, which Becky strongly supports! We are so proud of them! 💫 𝑩ringing 𝑬mployees 𝑪loser 𝑲indly 𝒀ear-round – that is what we do!
