(3/3) These are just a few examples of Tim McGuire the consummate professional, but I will miss our many chats, from politics, to family, family values, hobbies and various interests. I must say I am extremely happy for Tim, and I wish him much joy and happiness as he moves on. Yet part of me will remain a little melancholy as I was a very lucky person to work with, and get to know Tim.
(1/3) A few words about Tim's time at CCMSI from his Manager, Arthur Kiriakos: I must note as I reflect back is was 11 years ago at this time that Tim walked in for an interview at CCMSI. The prior loss control consultant had retired on 9/30/2013. After a long search, Tim walked in, and joined CCMSI officially mid December 2013.
Congrats! Well deserved enjoy your retirement!!!
Congratulations Tim. Enjoy your next chapter.
Congratulations on your retirement, Tim! Thanks for your dedication and phenomenal service throughout your time with us here at CCMSI!

(2/3) Tim was charged with the challenge of authoring a Loss Control Plan for the MEGA program. It was no small task, there were many challenges along the way, but Tim charged forward, and willingly worked alongside me, and with his support, knowledge, and fortitude this program has seen a complete turnaround, and Tim is one of the reasons for the success. Tim willingly put forth extra effort working trade shows Friday nights, and Saturdays each year for the past 10 years, without complaint. Yet his role and contributions do not end there. We needed to hire a lesser seasoned loss control person for our MA McDonald’s program, I asked Tim to assist in the interview and hiring process, we met in Manchester, and after a day of interviews, we made our selection, yet Tim did not stop there, he willingly offered to train and mentor this person. Like most new college graduates the candidate moved on, and after several more tries, Tim willingly volunteered to take on this program. WOW, he completely revamped the inspection process, he changed their results, and he did this without hesitation or complaint.
