Despite the weather having other plans and preventing us from celebrating at the top as originally intended, we’re thrilled to have recently marked the topping out of 205 North Quay – a premium A-grade commercial office tower in Brisbane’s CBD. With more than 40,000 square metres of office space, a wellness floor, an open-air public plaza, and a versatile auditorium, it is an exemplary workplace that builds on our reputation for exceptional developments. As with so many of our buildings, we designed 205 North Quay to achieve a 6 Star Green Star and 5.5 star NABERS rating. The completed building will be a benchmark for both economic and environmental sustainability in future workplaces.
