One tool I couldn’t live without is Microsoft Word’s Track Changes feature. It’s been around forever, but I recently found out that not everyone is familiar with it! So, I thought I’d share why it’s such a game-changer. 💼 🔍 So, What’s Track Changes All About? Track Changes is like your document’s personal assistant—it keeps track of every edit, comment, and suggestion. This way, you can see exactly what’s been added or deleted, making document revisions a breeze. 🚀 Why I Love It: - Enhanced Visibility: Instantly see all changes and comments from different reviewers, so you’re always up-to-date on modifications. - Efficient Collaboration: Perfect for teamwork—every change is tracked, making it clear who made what update and streamlining the review process. - Seamless Review: Quickly accept or reject edits, ensuring the final document is polished and accurate with minimal effort. 🔧 How to Get Started: 1. Turn It On: Head to the “Review” tab and click “Track Changes.” 2. Make Your Edits: Feel free to add, delete, or comment as needed. 3. Review the Changes: Use the “Review” tab to see all the tweaks and decide what to keep or toss. 💡 Pro Tip: Add comments to explain or clarify your changes. I love it when a plan comes together! As the CEO of a SaaS company, there is always a sense of achievement when a new release hits the market. I am privy to what goes into each release - from the initial insights that go into planning, the technical challenges the Engineering Team had to overcome, to the way our product marketers collate the positioning into a go-to-market strategy, and then the handover to sales, support, and success. This is truly a team sport. The latest release from the team shows our deep understanding that there is more than just our product in the mix here. Smarter Drafter needs to operate in a pre-existing legal tech stack - and this includes MS Word. So now we are talking about interoperability and third-party approvals. Luckily, nothing seems to faze the crew working on Smarter Drafter by Tensis. The best part - our entire team understands the bigger picture. Constantly laying foundations for what’s coming next.
