For Black and brown communities, homeownership is *the primary vehicle for generational wealth*. But a continuing legacy of housing discrimination stifles many families dreams. On April 18th at the Nj State Bar Assn's Real Estate Conference, I will be discussing NJDCR’s Home Appraisal Initiative – a one of a kind state based project focused on eradicating appraisal bias through enforcement, policy, and community education and engagement.
