#justclosed A Tale of Two Closings These were both very sweet buyers and both worked hard to be able to own these homes. The tales are different because my interactions with the buyers agents were completely different. My first buyer had some technology issues as well as being his first home and not understanding the entire process. The buyers agent and I worked tirelessly to get him into this home. We worked together to make sure all parties were informed and the process continued to move forward. We worked as a team otherwise this may have not been a happy ending. I am grateful for her help ❤ My second buyer called the listing agent of this home because she was relocating from another state. The agent did not properly represent her and tried to deny her a survey. This agent continued her childish behavior but my buyer and I worked around her, so they finally moved into their new home. 🏠 Word of advice to buyers: the RIGHT buyers agent is worth everything! The right TEAM is priceless.
