The holiday season can feel especially heavy when you're missing loved ones on the Other Side. Give yourself the space to feel whatever emotions arise. It’s okay to let the tears flow, to prioritize quiet moments of self-care, to skip the gatherings, or to create new traditions that honor your heart. Please remember, you are never truly alone. 🙏✨ If it feels right, share with us what you miss most about celebrating the holidays with your loved one. Your memories keep their spirit alive. ❤️ Would you like to connect with a loved one on the Other Side? 🦋 I have a few spots left in my last small group reading of the year coming up on December 19th. 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁. 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 8 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆. There is currently a waitlist for 1:1 readings. So, if you want to connect with your loved ones, be sure to register for this. 💜 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 👉 𝐕𝐈𝐏 👈 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐃𝐌 𝐨𝐧 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐭 💜 . . . . #psychicmedium #spiritmedium #grieving #griefjourney #spiritguides #widow #spiritualjourney #psychicreading #groupreading

Here are a few things to keep in mind as you travel through the month of December. Cheers! 🎁 Re-evaluate Your Holiday Priorities: Focus on what truly brings joy, and let go of the “shoulds” that can overwhelm you. 🎁 Set Boundaries: Both with social obligations and within your immediate family. Ensure there’s enough time for rest and recovery between events. 🎁 Simplify Where Possible: Not everything has to be grand or extravagant. Small, meaningful moments often bring the most joy. 🎁 Communicate with Your Family: Regular check-ins with your partner and kids can help manage expectations and reduce stress. 🎁 Be Present: Remember, sometimes the best gift you can give is simply your time and attention.

This is a tough article to write, as the stress and division that the recent political months have created is quite real. However, the holiday season offers a chance to heal, reconnect, and focus on what truly matters: love, support, and family. A place to start is to lead with your commitment. It is disarming and (hopefully) an unassailable truth to state right up front your commitment to having a happy holiday season together, and that you're more interested in creating connection that creating a deeper divide. In that spirit, strive to agree together to keep conversations to topics that connect rather than divide -- about shared values and cherished memories versus issues you know will inflame. Once you agree on your mutual commitment, it can reset your mindset around those more positive conversations. If you’re not sure what to talk about, return to those areas of overlapping interest as a guide. For example, if you know that you and your sister (for example) both enjoy food, talk about the meals you're making or even spend time cooking together. If your parents or kids have travelled, ask them to relate how that went, what they enjoyed, etc. For our collective healing, it would be good for us to make it a mission this holiday season for our families to survive the holiday season with far more connection than confrontation. That would be the greatest gift of all.

There can be a range of emotions this time of year. Excitement, anxiety, overwhelm and so many other emotions. Whether you feel giddy with excitement, or not particularly fussed about celebrating, it’s all valid. There is no right way to feel no matter what society might tell you. Here are a few suggestions for this season no matter how you feel. - start the day with a sunrise. December sunrises can be breathtaking - end the day with a sunset. They’re just as spectacular - say yes to the gatherings you want to attend, and make the most of them - say no to the gatherings you don’t feel like going to and save your energy for what truly matters - stay as long or as little as you like. Just because you say yes doesn’t mean you have to stay all night - spend time with people who uplift you - be kind to yourself and others Your true friends and family will respect and accept the choices you make, just as you respect theirs. And if you haven’t found your people yet, don’t worry, there’s time. I will be offering group programs in early 2025 where you can connect and find people who accept you for who you are and the choices you make!
