Either you do as she says, or they won’t last! Experience, numbers, facts suggest that you should look for things that are substantial. When it comes down to proper work, actual concerns and questions will be different, less theoretical, more pragmatic and connected to our realities: - are we getting things done? - are we solving problems? - are we realibale? - are we trustworthy? - are we honest? - are we adding value? - are we effective? - are we aware that our livelihoods depend on our outcomes? - are we establishing sustainable relationships? And so it would go on. Hire for actual🔥, not just simple 🧨

It’s easy to hire for skills. It’s done everyday but is definitely not a guaranteed make up for success. But hiring the right person with the right fit is hiring for long term success. Don’t overlook a candidate because they may not have a degree. Hire them because they fit your culture, needed skills and perhaps with proper encouragement through continuing education, learning, and development, you will grow and develop a leader. That is part of succession planning.

Hey AEs, your first impressions matter. A LOT. When you talk to a recruiter? Bring this energy 👇 The same energy you'd bring to a discovery call. Why? We're judging fit. Not just your hard skills. We want to see how you would be on our team. 👀 How you can stand out: 1. Bring energy and excitement about the role. 2. Know our product. Understand the problem we solve. 3. Ask meaningful questions. Show you've done your homework. 📌 Remember: We don't expect you to be an expert on everything. But we do want to see your potential. Make it easy for us to remember you. For the right reasons.
