Let’s stop saying Health & Wellness. It’s the same thing said twice. Yep, back in the day, health referred to disease prevention and physical ailments… Wellness, and more about lifestyle, emotional, and mental wellbeing. But that doesn’t stand up anymore… You can’t have one without the other. If you’re physically healthy but emotionally struggling, you’re not really healthy. And chances are if you’re physically unwell you’re mental health isn’t great either. Let’s just accept the holistic nature of the whole thing, and call it health…. Or wellness. Just not health & wellness.
