Reasons leading to the disaster in the video below: Improper TWD, the absence of reshoring or backshoring, rapid construction seems like the lower floor concrete didn’t gain its targeted compressive strength, or may be the construction load on it exceeded the design loads. But definitely the failure in the lower floor initiated by punching shear which clearly appears in the edge columns then the whole floor progressively collapsed..
