If there's only one piece of advice you take from me, it should be this: you cannot operate on multiple operating systems; you must choose one. Whether it's EOS® or a different operating system, I plead with you to stick to just one. When you take a little bit from here and a little bit from there, you end up with a Frankensystem that doesn't work because it's missing some crucial parts. A few changes I see happening are: - The fractional integrator world is going from a place where anyone can label themselves as what they want to be to a place where they title themselves based on their experience and expertise. - Fractional professionals who operate with integrity will outshine those who intentionally say things like, "Don't hire an EOSI; I can be your implementer and integrator." As Mark says, "This is just bad business practice." - Several fractional integrators and fractional professionals will go back to working W2 jobs. It is not easy being fractional. This may sound harsh, but I also believe the role of a fractional integrator is here to stay.
