I get excited for this event every quarter. My top three takeaways were: 1. The engagement level of our globally dispersed team is unmistakably high. We can see this by reviewing the quantity and quality of work completed during the quarter. 2. Not only are we engaged as individuals, but we are connected as a team as well. Despite being separated by continents, time zones, and cultures, our system of mutual accountability and work hard play hard culture keeps us close to one another. 3. No matter what is going on in the world or in our industry we remain positive, collectively embrace change, chart a course to where we believe we can make a difference and drive results for ourselves and our customers. Despite countless uncertainties, these three takeaways keep me motivated and confident in our purpose to improve lives.

Consistency isn’t just a buzzword—it’s the foundation of every success story. Last week, my team and I proved that by achieving something extraordinary: we shattered records, hitting 208% of our budget! But it wasn’t just about the number—it was about the journey: It came down to two sales. Two sales we poured weeks of effort into. Two sales that tested our patience, made us doubt ourselves, and pushed us outside our comfort zones. Two sales we obsessed over during our weekly catch-ups, breaking them down from every angle and working tirelessly to make them happen. Two sales we refused to give up on. Through it all, we stayed focused, persistent, and showed up every single day, giving 110%. This milestone is proof of what can happen when you believe in your team, trust the process, and remain consistent—no matter the challenges. Last week’s success was the icing on the cake after an incredible end to the 2024 financial year and a rocking start to 2025. To celebrate, I took my amazing team to The Conservatory. They deserved it—for their resilience, dedication, and commitment to making the impossible, possible. As we move forward, we’re more motivated than ever.
